I was referred to Gardens Dental Spa and Dr. Kaufman specifically as I needed a new Dentist. I needed a bunch of work to replace an old bridge, old porcelain veneers and a few teeth with cracks. After my first consultation, I decided to go for a new full mouth of Veneers as I wanted all of my teeth to look the same. All I can say is WOW! The entire experience was without incident! Dr. Kaufman's gentle touch and kind demeanor made the experience practically pain free! I cannot say enough about Dr. Kaufman, her assistant Dee and Ben, and of course the girls at the desk that are not only efficient and fun - they are all absolutely stunning! - Thank you Gabby, Mickey, and Viviana! You really do not know the impact of a set of perfect white teeth until you have them!

What an amazing dental office! It truly is part spa which I thought was just their name, not that I’d actually get a paraffin hand treatment and a warm wrap on my neck while an extremely competent hygienist (Liz) cleaned my teeth! She even number my gums and put chap stick on my lips. Seriously, who does that?? Jennifer, who took my X-rays, was very careful and gentle, knowing I tend to gag at this point of my visit. Dr. K was very thorough and didn’t recommend any unnecessary procedures. The entire staff was super sweet and HAPPY. This speaks to the dentists and tell me they’re treated well. I couldn’t recommend this practice more and can’t wait for my next spa, I mean dental visit again!

Dr. Krauss has helped me once again. I had a 5 year old root canal tooth that got reinfected. Infection and swelling got to my sinus and eye socket. I was worried but he came in on the weekend and got that tooth out for me with ease and gently done. Hours later I was feel night and day! He will be doing a implant and crown for that pulled tooth soon. If you need a oral surgeon Dr.Krauss / Gardens dental spa should be your first choice!

My experience with Dr. Kaufman was the best dental experience ever, beautiful dental office and staff, the dental front is very professional, the dental assistance was great, and of course Dr. Kaufman is so nice, meticulous, knowledgeable and talented. I had a lip lifting surgery to fix my gummy smile, I was nervous and scared but the team made is easy, painless and quick. First of all... If you cannot get along with this office you are the problem! From the word hello my experience was calm fun and educational! EVERY TIME I call they know me! I see the same dentist! I might pay a little more but I know it’s done right! They’ve also offered a lower fee! I don’t have dental insurance. I’ve even been treated after hours for emergency stuff! They take care of my children even in their early 20’s like I’m there! PS I hate going to the dentist! These caring thoughtful people make it easier!

Professional - Experienced - Friendly - Punctual I don't let just anyone mess with my choppers but when I do it's with Dr. Strauss and Diane at Gardens Dental Spa in Palm Beach Gardens. You can trust them to get it right the first time and with minimal to no pain. I've been seeing them for many years now. Recently I had some old crowns replaced. Dr. Strauss successfully covered some gum recession with the new crowns. I have much less sensitivity now. Diane is an excellent hygenist who can recommend some great products for your teeth. I love the lemon mint toothpaste and the Oxyfresh fluoride rinse. And for you seniors they are located on the ground floor so no stairs to climb. The parking lot is somewhat tight and crowded but I can usually find an open spot.

As a newbie to Florida, I am so happy to discover this office! As a dental hygienist, I’ve never had to search for a dental office before. I am confident knowing I’m in great hands in this practice. It speaks volumes about the doctors, when the assistants and hygienists have been working with them for decades. It started with my first phone interaction with Amy when I asked if the office took my insurance. Instead of her pushing the responsibility on me to verify my dental insurance, she called them for me! I can honestly say that’s extremely rare these days. At my first appointment everyone was very friendly and personable. Dr. Strauss was so down to earth and his assistant was like talking with a familiar friend. My hygienist was thorough and my cleaning was a great experience! This office is truly a gem! I cannot recommend them enough.

I get extremely anxious at the dentist therefore I always put it off for past 6 months. I couldn't say more about how gentle, quick, and soothing the staff is here. I go to Betty but they are all wonderful. They put numbing gel on your gums for general cleaning and offer hot towels and a hand paraffin. Goodie bag includes chapstick, toothpaste, and a new toohbrush of course. Thank you Gardens Dental Spa!

Full Disclosure: I am a surgeon in PBG. Dr Strauss has been treating me for 4 years and has not only met but by far exceeded my expectations for excellent dental care. I am forever in debt for this excellence in diagnosis, fantastic surgical skill and wonderful staff. I would send any family member to see him. In fact, I brought my best friend to see Dr. Strauss for a second opinion that avoided him from pursuing premature, costly and painful surgery with another dental specialist. I was really happy and impressed with the staff and dentist Heather Kauffman. Everyone was very friendly and knew who I was when I arrived. Most doctors/staff these days, are too busy and don't really have time for their patients. At Gardens Dental, everyone took their time and made sure I was taken care of. Heather Kauffman was wonderful. She took her time and was helpful in answering any concerns I had about my teeth. Plus, it was Halloween and all their staff was dressed up! I highly recommend Gardens Dental Spa! Brooke, Theresa, and Carissa were all so friendly and the waiting room is very comfortable with lots of coffee, water, and magazines. Dr. Strauss and hygienist Diane were thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. The technology is top-notch and the paraffin hand treatment and warm neck wraps are such a special touch! Most of all, I appreciated everyone's care of me as I'm pregnant and am sensitive to smells, tastes, and sensations. Let's first start off by saying... I've traveled the world when I served in the U.S. Air Force and have had my share of experiences with dental care worldwide. Without thinking twice - the experience, professionalism, and warmth of the staff is unmatched and refreshing. Brooke greets you with a conscious smile. Betty is an Absolute Rockstar Hygentist! She took time to explain her process and made me feel right at home. I'm a muscular guy and she still wasn't heavy-handed with her approach. Theresa and Karissa were also very friendly and customer-centric. Lastly, Dr. Strauss was amazingly helpful with explaining everything in detailed and I didn't feel like I was cattle being rushed out the door. I had just moved to the area and my dental insurance was set to expire in less than a week. I tried calling several dentists within my plan and Gardens Dental Spa was the only one that empathized and sincerely tried to help expedite my appointment so I could afford my dental exam for the year. That was all before even arriving at their office! Once I arrived, it only got better. I have extremely sensitive teeth and they were patient and kind with those "trouble" spots and always answered any of my questions or concerns. Very personable staff that makes you feel at ease and as a bonus - love the paraffin hand treatment with warm neck support to ease neck tension. I would def. recommend Gardens Dental Spa to anyone new in the area. For those that currently have a dentist but don't love going, maybe its time for a change.
